Dash

Dash is Storebound’s house line of kitchenwares. The line features small appliances and gadgets available at various home stores like Target, Kohls, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Amazon. The bold typography calls out the unique highlights of each various product while the hero image features fun foodie icons seen within the tone on tone red pattern. The back sides of the boxes showcase a lifestyle image of the product with food in a kitchen or home setting. I also worked heavily on transforming all secondary packaging to french for the expanding sales territory of Canada.

Cookware

Custom die-lines engineered and visually designed for both Dash & Zakarian lines of cast iron cookware. Dash being a much more commercial brand with large type and tone on tone print accents while Zakarian being more of a luxury line featuring imagery and minimal color. The back side of the pans feature care & maintenance tips as this new category of non-stick cast iron is particular and generally unfamiliar to consumers.

Geoffrey Zakarian - Pro for Home

Geoffrey offers a variety of gadgets but the majority of his line features the non-stick cast iron cookware. Bakers, square bakers, grill pans, pots, are just some of the unique shapes available in this revolutionary line that is a frequent sell out on QVC.

The main selling point for Zakarian’s line is Zakarian himself. Knowing that a trusted TV personality, restauranteur, and iron chef puts his name behind something was most important highlight to the product packaging. Clean, simple and modern being the brand’s aesthetic, photos of him in a white chef coat on a white background kept things light and fresh while highlight what is most important, Zakarian and his product.
