Customer Loyalty Program

Sleep lovers abound have a true love for Boll & Branch sheets and bedding, so much so it was time to start a rewards club. “The Tribe” was inspired by their clients and their sincere passion about the product and brand. See below for development for the inspired logo & marks for this new venture for the company.

Boxed Mailer

To launch this club it was determined to design a welcome kit of sorts for their most exclusive and important customers. A full box with inserts and items is designed for influencers while the custom booklet experience with inserts are for all other “Tribe” members who become apart of the club but aren’t as high of spenders.

Gatefold Mailer

Majority of customers would receive this gatefold that holds a vellum covered booklet that is placed within an envelope. The square shape was to be helpful in not just being a standard issued piece of mail but rather showing their customers they’re going the extra mile to be different and stand out. Materials like the vellum and machine fed top fed stitching (mimicking their hand crafted sheet sets) add to the lux experience.
